Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Dhraayin, we take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering our teas. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Non-Returnable Products

All Dhraayin products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This includes:

  • Herbal teas
  • Flower teas
  • CTC / Black teas
  • Combo packs and bundled products

Once a product has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why Our Products Are Non-Returnable

Our teas are consumable goods. To maintain quality, freshness, and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While returns are not accepted, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.

Please contact us if:

  • You receive a damaged package
  • You receive the wrong product

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please share clear photos of the package and product
  • Please record and share a clear 360-degree video of the product and its packaging, as this is required to process return or replacement requests.
  • The product must be unused and unopened

After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for non-returnable products.
  • In rare cases where a refund is approved (such as confirmed order errors), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
